Today I......stayed home from work, not because I caught the flu, but because I hurt my back in the most bizarre way, standing up from the couch and stretching.
...went stir crazy while waiting to leave for my emergency massage appointment because I couldn't move without feeling like I was being stabbed in the back next to my left shoulder blade. all I could do was sit or pace back and forth. Couldn't pick up anything, lie down, nothing.
...took some pictures of my cats. Well, a picture of Quinn and a Picture of Magique's shadow on my apartment wall, which I found pretty neat. What do you think?
...went to my appointment and was diagnosed with not only a pinched nerve and pinched muscles. The massage therapist was able to unblock everything and release 60% of the muscle tension caused by it. I can move now, thank heavens.
...am very tired after being in a lot of pain all day and am hoping it will be completely gone when I get up tomorrow.
those photos are so cute. I hope you feel better soon, that sucks what happens, but things like that can happen so easily.
