So here I am, back home in Montreal and in honor of that, I figured that I would post picture of the Montreal skyline , in winter no less, to contrast my nice warm, southern themed Skywatch post from last week. ReplyDeleteIs Ben's opposite McGill still going as an eataterium? They used to have the most delicious Latkes there.
No, unfortunately Ben's closed about two years ago after a very long labor dispute :o( Next time you're in town you could try Shwartz's on St-Laurent though, they're another Montreal Smoked Meat classic. Be prepared for a lineup when you get there, but they're worth the wait!
